
Larry Cobado
Larry is the 88th Aero Club of Buffalo President and current Past President of the Club. He is an experienced pilot who started flying in 1988 at Orchard Park Airport and has flown many airplanes including a Cessna 170A which he owned for 22 years. He maintains his currency by serving as a pilot for both the United States Coast Guard Axillary Air program, Erie County Sherriff’s Aviation Division, as well as the occasional $100 hamburger. Retired after successful careers at Verizon and National Grid, Larry lives on the Lake Erie shore in Hamburg N.Y. and enjoys watching sunsets with his wife, Marie.
