LD Bell Niagara Fall AFA chapter 204, Pearl Harbor Rememberance

After a 2 year hiatus, the Air and Space Forces Association L.D Bell Niagara Falls Chapter 204 had their traditional Pearl Harbor Remembrance Luncheon. The luncheon was held on December 10, 2023, at the Niagara Falls Aerospace Museum. The buffet luncheon was attended by 60 people which included ROTC and CAP Cadets.

The guest speaker was Major Christopher R. Pike. An instructor Pilot on the KC 135 Stratotanker and Chief of Plans, 914th Operational Support Squadron, Niagara Falls Air Base, New York. Major Pike gave an excellent talk on the 914th Missions flying the KC-135. He explained their mission was more than just passing gas. Along with carrying cargo, they supported the United States Nuclear mission. Major Pike concluded his session by taking questions from the Attendants.

The AFA chapter President Robert Ward, CMSgt, (Ret) presented Major Christopher Pike an American Flag and AFA Mug, as token of appreciation They are accompanied by Aero club director Walter Gordon (named left to right) as shown below.
